Brainstorm Experience Series Featuring Life is Good Kids Foundation Chief Playmaker: Steve Gross

On January 4th, 2018 Steve Gross, The Life is Good Kids Foundation Chief Playmaker will kick off The Avielle Foundation’s, Brainstorm Experience Series. This year-long series will feature thought leaders, advocates, and celebrities from across society who offer unique perspectives on the care, science, strength, and vulnerability of the brain.

Life is not easy. Life is not perfect. Life is good. It is often the people who have faced the greatest challenges that gain an elevated sense of gratitude for life. Steve Gross will fill Edmond Town Hall with his message, How Joy and Optimism Ignite the Best in All of Us on Thursday, January 4th at 6:30. 

Founder and Chief Playmaker of the Life is Good Kids Foundation. Steve is a leader in the field of psychological trauma response and a pioneer in utilizing playful engagement and meaningful relationships to overcome the devastating impact of early childhood trauma.

Steve welcomed back the Newtown Public School staff at convocation this August, his message resonated deeply across the district. There was a call for his message to be heard by the entire community. The Avielle Foundation is bringing him back to kick off their Brainstorm Experience Series. This Experience will stimulate your playfulness and leave you wanting to join the ranks of Life is Good Playmakers across the globe.

Steve’s talents have been called upon to respond to some of the most significant catastrophes of our time, including the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina and the earthquakes in Haiti and Japan. At the heart of his work, Steve helps others discover the power of optimism so that they can build resilience and bring greater joy, connection, courage and creativity to their lives.

August 25th: Newtown Yoga Fest

The Brainstorm Experience is a year-long series bringing our community together in a stimulating and engaging environment in which learning, connection, and inspiration provoke our imagination. These experiences will enhance our understanding of the strengths and vulnerabilities of our most important organ, our brain.
